Who is responsible
TFPLabs is responsible for the personal data handled on this site. Contact: support@tfplabs.com.
What we collect and why
- Payment details. When you pay, Stripe collects your email, card and billing details. We receive your email, the amount and which idea you funded, to run the board, send receipts and handle refunds. Legal basis: performing our agreement with you.
- Your credit name. If you type an Instagram username when funding, we store it with the payment and may show it publicly in the video credits and on this site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by emailing us.
- Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We also count, per test group, how many visitors open the fund window and start a checkout. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
- One small cookie. A cookie named hm_ab remembers which version of the page you see in our A/B test, so the page does not change between visits. It holds only the letter a or b and expires after 180 days.
Who else handles it
Stripe processes payments, and Cloudflare hosts the site and counts visits. Both may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept for 7 years because bookkeeping law requires it. Credit names are kept while the video they appear in is online. Visit counts are anonymous totals.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to show your credit name. Email us and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your EU country.
